About Eddy Grid

Eddy Grid accelerates the energy transition by intelligently controlling batteries, solar farms and wind farms. In doing so, we keep the grid in balance and make renewable energy both available and affordable. We currently have 30 colleagues active in the Netherlands and Belgium. Over the coming year we aim to at least double the team while expanding into other European countries.

We’re growing fast. Very fast. That’s why we’re hiring our first in-house recruiter to set up and scale recruitment at Eddy Grid. You will build a strong candidate pipeline for multiple teams (tech, operations, sales, support) and ensure speed and quality go hand in hand. Our culture is open, pragmatic and data-driven: we like to roll up our sleeves, experiment and celebrate wins.

What you’ll do

  • End-to-end hiring: from intake through to offer.

  • Proactively approach candidates via LinkedIn/network and other channels.

  • Set up and optimise a fast hiring funnel for multiple profiles at once.

  • Write clear job ads in our tone of voice and measure what works.

  • Improve the candidate experience and continuously refine the process.

  • Partner with hiring managers on profile definition, selection and team composition.

  • Contribute to employer branding/talent marketing (e.g. cases, events, posts).

  • Experience hiring in a fast-growing organisation with many open roles.

  • You can handle multiple profiles simultaneously and set the right priorities.
