Eddy Grid is growing fast, across the Netherlands and into the rest of Europe, and we need someone who knows how to build a presence that lasts. Not through ads alone, but through the right rooms, the right stories, and the kind of reputation that means people already know who we are before we even reach out.

That's where you come in. You'll work closely with our Growth Marketer and CCO to build Eddy Grid's presence across Europe, through press, events, and content that sticks.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

PR & Earned Media

• Build and own relationships with journalists, trade press, and podcast hosts across the European energy space, and turn those into consistent coverage and citations- Pitch and place thought leadership that makes Eddy Grid the source people reference. Using our data, cases, and market knowledge

• Grow our footprint in trade publications, industry reports, and beyond

Events

• Own our presence at the events where decisions in the European energy market actually are made

• Organise side-events, dinners, and informal moments around the industry calendar where the real conversations happen

• Make sure every event appearance has a life beyond the room: content, clips, follow-up
  

Content

• Write and shape content that builds Eddy Grid's authority: knowledge articles, use cases, company updates

• Turn complex energy topics into content people actually want to read

• You have experience in PR, communications, and/or events.B2B context is important, energy or climate tech is a bonus

• You build real relationships, not contact lists

• You're comfortable pitching stories, securing coverage, and showing up in public on behalf of a brand

• You can write clearly and with personality

• You pick up direction and run with it, without needing everything figured out first

• English is strong; Dutch is a real advantage

You'll have real ownership. This isn't a role where you execute someone else's playbook, you'll help build it. You get to shape how Eddy Grid shows up in a market that's moving fast. We're a scale-up. Priorities will shift, scope will evolve, and you'll be comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.
