Eddy Grid is growing fast! As our first internal recruiter, you will build a scalable recruitment process and attract top candidates for our teams. Impact, freedom, and growth guaranteed.

Job description

We are growing rapidly. Very rapidly. We currently have 30 colleagues working in the Netherlands and Belgium. We want to at least double the team in the coming year and expand to other European countries in the meantime. That is why we are looking for our first internal recruiter to set up and scale up recruitment at Eddy Grid. You will build a solid stream of candidates for various teams (tech, operations, sales, support) and ensure that speed and quality go hand in hand. Our culture is open, pragmatic, and data-driven: we like to get things done, experiment, and celebrate successes.

What will you be doing?

  • Actively approaching candidates via LinkedIn/network and other channels.

  • End-to-end recruitment: from intake to offer.

  • Setting up and optimizing a fast recruitment flow for multiple profiles simultaneously.

  • Writing clear job descriptions in our tone and measuring what works.

  • Improving the candidate experience and continuously refining the process.

  • Brainstorming with hiring managers about profiles, selection, and team building.

  • Contributing to labor market communication (e.g., cases, events, posts).

What makes this job special

  • Building from scratch: you set up the process, tooling, and working method.

  • Broad playing field: from junior to executive level, from tech to commercial.

  • Visible impact: every hire accelerates our mission.

Job requirements

  • Experience with recruitment in a fast-growing organization with many open positions.

  • You switch effortlessly between strategy and action.

  • You can handle and prioritize multiple profiles simultaneously.

  • Structured, clear in communication, and focused on cultural fit.

  • You get energy from measuring and improving results.
