Are you the energetic multitasker who effortlessly switches between customer contact and a well-organised sales process? Or are you a starter eager to learn this? Keep reading!

In this role, you are the link between potential customers and a seamless sales process. You handle incoming leads, build relationships and ensure the sales process runs smoothly. You are not afraid to pick up the phone, ask the right questions and think along with the customer and your team. You keep our CRM up to date, draft contracts and ensure the administrative side of the sales process is taken care of.

What will you do?

• Contact incoming leads and turn them into valuable customer conversations.

• Build and maintain relationships with (potential) customers.

• Prepare and follow up quotations and contracts.

• Keep our CRM system up to date.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations to improve the (customer) process and increase customer satisfaction.

• Identify commercial opportunities and customer needs.

Job requirements

Who are you?

• A quick thinker and strong communicator.

• Structured and you work precisely.

• Independent, pragmatic and not easily discouraged.

• Customer-driven; you think in solutions.

• 1–3 years of work experience is a plus, not a must.

• Fluent in Dutch; a good command of English.
