Job description

Eddy Grid accelerates the energy transition by intelligently controlling batteries, solar parks, and wind parks. This keeps the energy grid in balance and makes sustainable energy available and affordable. Currently, we have 35 colleagues active in the Netherlands and Belgium. And we are growing rapidly!

We are looking for a Growth Marketeer who is not afraid of handling 100 campaigns at once, in multiple countries, but instead thinks: great. Someone who doesn't just make plans in PowerPoint, but executes, tests, and adjusts them based on data. You will work directly with the CCO and play a central role in our growth.

What you will do

  • You will set up marketing campaigns in different markets, from awareness to conversion.

  • You will optimize funnels across the entire chain: from the first website visit to qualified lead.

  • You will run A/B tests without needing to be reminded.

  • You will build dashboards, set goals, and make decisions based on data, not gut feeling.

  • You will think in hypotheses, test quickly, and also be willing to stop if something doesn't work.

  • You will work closely with sales, product, and the rest of the team to make an impact.

Job requirements

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in (B2B) growth marketing.

  • You have set up and scaled campaigns in multiple countries.

  • You are analytically strong and have proven experience in performance marketing.

  • You are curious, pragmatic, and can break down big challenges into small pieces.

  • You understand that marketing is not a cost but an investment that must yield returns.

  • You know what works in B2B and are not swayed by the latest hype.

  • You don't need to be creative. You do need to understand what converts.
