Who are you?

You are a professionally strong organizer who maintains an overview and derives energy from switching between different stakeholders. You enjoy interacting with customers and partners and understand better than anyone that a satisfied customer is the best ambassador for our company. You are customer-focused and coordinate the entire onboarding process for new customers. As the linchpin of customer service, you ensure that everything runs smoothly: from go-live to data quality, and from initial results to answering questions. With your inquisitive attitude, you take a critical look at how processes can be improved and dare to suggest and implement improvements.

You are data-driven, accurate, and analytical, and have an affinity for technology. You continuously monitor whether systems are functioning correctly, data is being entered accurately, and customers are being helped quickly and effectively.

You speak and write Dutch fluently, as our customers speak Dutch. This is therefore a requirement.

Job requirements

What will you be doing?

  • Coordinating the go-live process in collaboration with customers, installation partners, and other external parties.

  • Onboarding new customers and configuring the right parameters and strategies within our systems.

  • Collecting and structuring information about assets and installation configurations of new customers.

  • Checking data flows and data quality for new customers and following up with third parties when necessary.

  • Monitoring and analyzing the initial results of new customers and identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers by providing them with clear information and appropriate answers to their questions.
