You are the face of Eddy Grid. Not from behind a screen, but at the customer's table. As a Customer Success Manager, you build long-term relationships with our customers, understand their operational reality, and ensure they get the most out of their investment in sustainable assets in collaboration with Eddy Grid. You combine commercial insight with genuine customer focus and a technical understanding of energy assets, and you know when to listen and when to lead.
Job requirements
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through regular customer visits and proactive contact.
Serving as the primary point of contact for your customer portfolio, from strategic discussions to daily inquiries.
Guiding customers in the optimal utilization of their energy assets and translating insights into concrete recommendations.
Identifying opportunities for expanding services or assets with existing customers and converting these into growth (upsell).
Collaborating with the Customer Performance team to translate technical insights into customer stories.
You are the bridge between the Customer Performance team and the Sales team.
You represent the customer's voice to the organization for, among other things, product development.
Proactively informing customers about market developments, new opportunities, and the performance of their assets.
Contributing to customer retention by clearly managing expectations and resolving issues quickly and adequately.
Who Are You:
You are a Professional proficiency in Dutch is required; English is a plus given our international growth.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the country is essential, candidates should be comfortable with frequent field visits and hands-on, on-the-ground engagement (a car is strongly preferred).
You have extensive experience in a customer-oriented role with an emphasis on relationship management and customer visits, such as account management, business development, or technical sales. You are a natural relationship builder: you feel at home with clients, understand their world, and build trust.
You have a trusted advisor with strong commercial insight. You know how to naturally capitalize on growth opportunities.
You communicate clearly and persuasively, both in person and in writing.
You are proactive and take ownership: your clients always know that someone is there for them.
You have an affinity for technology and energy; you don't need to be an engineer, but you pick up technical context quickly.
