Job description

You get a genuine kick out of digging into data, spotting what others miss, and making sure customers get the most out of what they've invested in. This role is for someone who combines sharp analytical instincts with real customer empathy, and who wants to apply both to one of the most important challenges of our time.

As a Customer Success Manager in our Customer Performance team, you are the eyes and ears on the live performance of our assets, batteries, solar parks, and wind turbines. You keep them running at their best, and when something's off, you're the first to catch it, investigate it, and act. Your work directly determines whether our customers trust us, stay with us, and grow with us.

Job requirements

  • Monitor and analyse daily performance alerts across our live asset portfolio, identifying anomalies and deviations before they become problems

  • Lead first-line investigations into alerts and incidents, determining root cause, urgency, and next steps with clarity and speed

  • Deep-dive into asset performance data using tools like Marple and Grafana, and translate what you find into concrete improvements

  • Proactively communicate with customers and partners: keeping them informed, managing expectations, and turning complex technical situations into clear, actionable updates

  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to initiate and follow through on performance improvements

  • Contribute to the development of scalable processes, smarter monitoring tooling, and a stronger data-driven way of working across the team

Who Are you?

  • You have 3+ years of experience in a data-heavy, customer-facing role, think customer success, technical account management, operations, or a similar function in an analytical environment

  • You are genuinely data-driven: you're comfortable working with large datasets, you know your way around dashboards and monitoring tools, and you can turn raw numbers into a clear story

  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you don't just flag issues, you dig until you understand them and push until they're resolved

  • You are proactive and take ownership: you don't wait to be told something is wrong, you're already looking

  • You communicate clearly and confidently with customers and partners, you can explain a technical issue in plain language without losing the nuance

  • You have an affinity for technology and are comfortable learning new tools quickly (experience with Grafana, Marple, or similar monitoring/visualisation platforms is a plus)

  • Fluent in English and Dutch are mandatory for this role.

  • A background in or genuine interest in the energy sector — renewables, grid technology, or energy storage — gives you a real head start
